What happens after you send an enquiry

Sending an enquiry is the first step — not a booking, and not a payment. Here is exactly what happens next.

Step 1: You receive a reference number

Every enquiry receives a named reference number, such as UBS-XXXXXX, shown on your confirmation screen. Keep it for follow-up, so nothing is lost in a chat thread.

Step 2: We reply with a written quotation

We reply with a dated, written quotation stating the hotels, transport, and inclusions for your journey. Anything not yet confirmed is marked as to be confirmed, plainly. You can read more about this in our guide How our written quotation works.

Step 3: You accept — or you ask questions

Nothing is marked confirmed until you accept the written quotation. If something is unclear, ask before accepting — that is what the quotation stage is for.

Step 4: Travel with the stated arrangements

Once accepted, you travel with the arrangements stated in your quotation, and a contact for support. No online payment is taken on this website at the enquiry stage, and no enquiry is marked paid or confirmed without a verified event.
