Enquiries and quotations

An enquiry is not a booking. A quotation is valid only for the dates and terms stated in it. A booking is confirmed only when you accept a written quotation and complete the steps stated in it.

What confirmed means

“Confirmed” means a written quotation accepted by the customer, not a guaranteed hotel room, flight seat or visa. Hotels, flights and visas remain subject to confirmation by the hotel, airline and Saudi authorities respectively.

Prices

Prices, where shown, are dated quotations for the stated basis (for example, per person, twin sharing). Prices are not guaranteed until stated as such in an accepted quotation.
