When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: name, phone number, email (if provided), travel dates, traveller numbers and your message. When you browse, the site stores only the cookies needed for the site to work and, for logged-in staff, for administration.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry with a quotation and to follow up on it. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking. You may ask us to delete or export your enquiry record by contacting us through the enquiry form, quoting your reference number.

Tracking

No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel is active on this site at launch. If any tracking is added later, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated first. This policy is not legal advice; the company should have it reviewed if legal certainty is required.
